A tempo or control deck. That doesn't play blue. (For money reasons.) Do they exist?
Maverick may be what you are looking for but it can be expensive if you do not have the {wastelands}, {Karakas}, {umezwas jitte}, {noble hierarch}, {stoneforge Mystics}.
There are different lists out there but it is about as close to control without blue that you can get. You could also look into Death and Taxes
