Nice loop.
For those of you too lazy to search:
Arcbond {2} {R} instant.
Until end of turn, whenever target creature is dealt dmg, it deals that much to each other creature and player. Add a {shock} to trigger infinite dmg to all but you.

Wouldn't that combo result in a draw and not a win?

No, palisade giant redirects the damage that would be dealt to you and your permanents to itself

Yes but it looks to me like an endless loop of mandatory actions, which results in a draw under Rule 104.4b

It is not infinite, since state-based actions continue to be checked between the steps. As soon as your opponent hits 0 life, the game ends. It would end in a draw if a mandatory tap- untap sequence were to repeat itself.
