if {ephara, God of polis} is summoned and you devotion to blue/white is below 7, can you still atk with it or do you have to wait till your devotion is high enough.
Also how many gods are you allowed to have in play under your control at 1 time?

Can't attack until your devotion is high enough. Until then he is just an enchantment. Also if your devotion falls below 7 they stop being able to do their creature stuff.

You can have as many as you want but only one of each (as per legendary rule)

Another thing to keep in mind about those God cards, is that while they're in your deck, graveyard or hand, it's still considered a creature and enchantment card, despite your devotion.

So a {gravedigger} or {chord of calling}, something along those lines, can still get at it.

The. Draw ability still works even if your devotion is not enough.
