{dissolve} is better than both {dissipate} and {cancel}. What are the thaumaturge and the aegis doing for you? Aegis is too frail to be worth while. You have no real way to gain life, so I'd suggest replacing some basics with gain lands.
The concept of the two is to always have a source of damage even if I cast a field sweep. Casting a field sweep won't knock them because of their hex proof ability and Thaumaturge makes a field sweep a lot cheaper which means faster casting
Uhhhh.... {end hostilities} doesn't target anything so it doesn't work with thaumaturge, and hexproof isn't effective here because, again, {end hostilities} doesn't target anything
Oh alright, I see what you are saying. Hex proof only works on your opponents spells and abilities also... Well I need to do some reconstruction ha

Casting a field sweep won't knock them because of their hex proof ability
There are two things you are confusing that need further explaining.
1. {end hostilities} would kill all creatures, hexproof or not.
2. Even if hostilities did "target" your creature ... it still would not matter since hexproof prevents opponents from "targeting" your creatures. Look up "shroud" .... that ability prevents both you and your opponent from targeting it .... and that also does not protect from board wipes since they do not "target" the permanent.
Now if someone had an "indestructible" creature .... that would be one way to cast a board wipe and have a creature like {colossus of akros} survive.
It does need the fetch lands
Not all that much...

It does need the fetch lands
Do you mean like evolving wilds or something? I actually have all the cards in order coming to me right now. Well all except the important ones, the dual lands.
Anyone think I should add some creatures into it?
Instead of yor tri lands that don't produce your three colours, use gain lands like {swift water cliffs} and {wind scarred crag}. {meditation puzzle isn't exactly that great nor is bolt of Keranos. Maybe some {banishing light} and {dig through time}
I thought about putting both of those in my side deck. The main reason for {meditation puzzle} is I don't have a whole lot of life gain in the deck.
How's it look now that I revised it
What is your win-con here?
If you are looking to burn out your opponent I would put kereanos main and also add in 2 elspeth at least. It'll give you answers and more win cons rather than hoping to mind swipe your way to victory. Just my thoughts. I had a build with brimaz, kereanos and elspeth as my wincons and also had a resolute archangel as well as my life gain
I wish I could afford to put 2 elspeth in it but I don't have the funds for that
Elspeth is your wincon?
Check that, no Elspeth. What's your wincon?
The idea as of right now is to counter and deal damage from instances.
A few turns in and {mineswipe} becomes pretty powerful
So the most damage your deck can do is 28 plus 4 Mindswipes. And that's if you draw all of it.
Yeah, you need a different wincon.
What if I dumped the creatures that I currently had in the side deck. Altered the main deck slightly, and dropped in slivers... Cheap but destructive
Main deck Keranos. Even if he's never a creature he's a wincon.
Ya
I slightly changed it, I made it so I can recycle my high damage and my field wipe. 3 cards Over tho any suggestions
