Title: How do I move a topic/deck from casual to modern?

I'm just a little confuse and don't even know if I can move a topic from casual to modern

Either delete and repost it or ask a mod under the thread to move it

 Mods arę discouraged from moving decks from one section to another as it breaks their loading in iMtG app, please. Users should delete and post again.
