Get rid of the crows and get some {Gray Merchant of Asphodel} great card for any mono black and some {Thoughtseize} and {Duress} for some help to get rid of the bs and maybe {Blood Seeker} for some extra damage

Perhaps {Despise} if {Thoughtseize} is out of your price range.
