I'm looking for some cards that let an opponent to search their library. Any ideas? It's for an {Ob Nixilis, Unshakled} commander deck.

may be best to have {Maralen of the Mornsong} as your commander and fetch for {Ob Nixilis,Unshmekled} with it?
