Don't have all the pieces so I'm not sure if I should purchase them yet without the opinion of the professionals.

I'm not sure if {Swan Song} should be in the main, but if it is working for you, I'd keep it. Also, possibly consider {Courser of Kruphix}, I know a lot of pro have been using it with good results, and the life gain is super relevant in this meta.

{Swan Song} is incase someone tries to counter {Scapeshift} or something. I'll try out courser. It seems pretty good in the list.

is this a more budget list?

You might say that but fetches are totally not needed. Like, at all. A fourth {Cryptic Command} is always helpful, but not always needed. and {Snapcaster Mage} doesn't really help as much as I wish he did.

i think you might have trouble with UUU for cryptic, RR for anger, and GG for scapeshift. You also probably want 4 digs, digs are absolutely amazing in this deck.

In a deck that searches for lands, I've never had mana trouble. I'll try out the digs though.
The angers can always be {Pyroclasm}.

{Anger of the Gods} is just as nasty against most decks as {Pyroclasm} is. Coming from an affinity player that's on the wrong side of both. Constantly.

anger is better against pod though, so adjust to your metagame.

-2 Swans +2 dispel. Safety for {Scapeshift} and something to sideboard
-1 {Izzet Charm}
