That kills your aggro deck bad. Time for {disenchants} :) think of ways to counter, instead of not playing it. Comeon!
That said, this is kinda evil.
I like {isochron scepter} + {counterspell}. Then you just need {clock of omens} and a {sol ring} and no one should be able to mess with you.

My favorite is the ever janky {Isochron Scepter} + {Spell Rupture} + {Kiln Fiend} = improved adjustable {Mana Leak} without really feeling overpowered.
