Generally speaking, no.
{Watery Grave}s come in just under $10 each, while the total value of {polluted delta} and {Flooded Strand} comes to $33.50. That's a little wide on value discrepancy in my opinion.

but how about in a bit future, how would the value differs? i was thinking fetches from ktk will rise too, thanks
Fetches will first drop slightly post rotation and then will slowly rise after a year post rotation of the trend is to be understood. Shocks should follow the same general progression, which puts them about 6 months away from Price incline. Either way, the price increases will be comparative for both shocks and fetches, because each one makes the other more valuable for modern.
