My Modern Deck 75 cards, 15 sideboard 4 {Dragonskull Summit} 14 {Mountain} 4 {Clifftop Retreat} 22 lands 3 {Keldon Marauders} 4 {Legion Loyalist} 4 {Vexing Devil} 4 {Monastery Swiftspear} 15 creatures 4 {Bump in the Night} 4 {Lava Spike} 4 {Lightning Bolt} 4 {Rift Bolt} 4 {Magma Jet} 3 {Boros Charm} 23 other spells Sideboard 2 {Hellrider} 2 {Shrine of Burning Rage} 3 {Lightning Helix} 4 {Searing Blood} 4 {Skullcrack} 15 sideboard cards Notes: This was a deck one of you folks built but I was wondering if can be better?

It looks budget as is Cruise make the deck very expensive lol bc you need 6-8 fetches and Shocklands lol but yes if it's in the price range splashing U for Cruise is good

Haha I was actually going to recommend fetches anyways :P  Helps with a three color mana base.

I have two {Bloodstained Mire} to add so far

I meant it's a way to deal damage because of the opponents snappy

Still though like all they need to do is bolt it then snap back bolt with it gone

It's fast at the start and seems to slow down, I've got mana screwed a few times too

Mana screwed by not enough or not enough of the colors you need? The amount  of land looks good but maybe a few fetches and a shock or two to get what you need. As far as the slow down that's the bad part of agro win fast or die a slow death.

I'm seriously thinking of spending money in the deck , and I'm aloud 10 proxy limit

DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY!!!!!!!
