Isn't this just eggs without second sunrise?

Yes. It's the new eggs. (Eggs are a breakfast item=urza's breakfast)

Keep sacking your artifacts to the iron works until you have 15 mana.

Also, tron PLUS eggs.  I APPROVE!!!  :D

Yea but how do you get to emmy. And removal.

I guess I would have to see it in action. The removal of your opponents stuff. I just don't really see this going off fast enough if emmy is on the bottom half of your deck. But thanks for the info.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Rass, you can win either through Emmy or through the pair of Banefires, so in practice you don't have to draw through that much of the deck most times.  I typically go off turn four or five.

Nice. Still think I need to see it to really grasp it. But if it works I can't argue with it.

It is a rather complicated deck to pilot.

I tried to make a video for you, but my roommate isn't home and filming by myself was too hard

The deck basically goes in three phases.  Phase one you play artifacts that filter your mana and draw you cards.  You also see if you can assemble the Urzatron, which makes later phases easier.  Phase two is when you've drawn into And can cast KCI.  This phase is similar to phase one, but you can sacrifice eggs that don't filter your mana like Ichor Wellspring and accumulate a pool of mana as you draw more cards.  Then you enter the final phase when you have either Open the Vaults or Faith's Reward which brings your sacrificed eggs back into play to be sacrificed again.  By this point you usually also have a Codex Shredder, which will bring back your OTV or FR, creating an infinite loop that lets you draw your deck and accumulate enough mana to either hard cast Emrakul or a lethal Banefire.  The phases only last a turn or two because you are drawing a lot of cards and have redundant copies of everything you need to draw into: KCI and your Sunrise effects.

Why no  {Reshape} +  {Lotus Bloom}?

Why no  {Reshape} +  {Lotus Bloom}?

Mostly because accidentally drawing your blooms without a way of getting them into the yard is a dead draw, and getting them in your opening hand is even worse.  And reshape is just good for fetching blooms, otherwise Fabricate is better.

Reworked the sideboard to give me a bit of a chance against creature heavy decks like nykthos green:

3x {Ghostly Prison}
3x {Damping Matrix}
3x {Pyroclasm}
3x {Echoing Truth}
1x {Torpor Orb}
1x {Tormod's Crypt}
1x {Defense Grid}

Why is bloom bad in your opening hand? It lets you combo turn 4 super easy as long as you have 2-3 ways to draw cards.

Could you play this deck without emmy? I want to play a super budget form of this.

Sure, Emmy is just an alternate win condition.

You could play any big bad colorless creature. Multiple other Eldrazi could fit the slot, {Blightsteel Colossus}, {Darksteel Colossus}...They won't be half as deadly or resilient, but on T4 any of them are game changingly good.

{grapeshot}/{banefire}/{empty the warrens} are the best alt win conditions.

Currently testing Jeskai Ascendancy out for more draw power.

Went 2-2 at a tourney yesterday.

Ascendancy experiment over.  Back to the previous list.  Getting to RWU early enough to matter just slowed down the main combo too much.  It does provide the combo turn extra insurance against fizzling, but I don't think that it is worth it.

Pay attention, they're indestructible! But yeah, Emrakul is king but that doesn't mean he's the only thing that wins games.

I actually don't think it needs it.  Best case scenerio it happens turn 3 instead of turn 4 while you risk getting really bad draws while trying to go off.

(yes I have played eggs with reshape/lotus)

It may be my metagame, but I don't find games are as fast as I thought they'd be.  I generally always have the time to go off, this provides me extra assurance that I'll have the resources I need.
