Went 0-3 last night. It was awful. I got opened a {Jeering Instigator}, and 2 {Master of Pearls}. I had 18 land but always got screwed for mana. Don't play {R}{W} in Khans limited is my advice.

If you can get the mana base and a few of the banners in your colors three is the way to go. And some of the common morph cards are sleepers.
Banners really? I want to be putting down morphs on T3. I just run 18 land without banners and do fine.

Every once in a while if I do not get enough duals the I run a banner as card 41.

Yea it's nice to do that but with all the dual and tri lands that start tapped I haven't seen it too much. This expansion seems to be a slower format.
18 lands no banners all day! I 2-1 pretty consistently and occasionally 3-0

5 banners is way too much. Sure they can draw cards, but that's still card slots being wasted that could be removal or creatures. 1 is fine, and 2 is wasting card slots.
