No you need visions early game like T1-3 I'd suggest either going to 4 Dig or to 4 Cruise not 2 and 2 bc it gets awkward

Maybe you should consider +4 or 5 fetcheslike {scalding tarn}x3 and {arid mesa} x2
And now that it doesn't need to play well with cruise, up the Snappy count?

The main issue I have is my budget for this deck is gone. I agree that the snappy count needs to go up, and the mana base is needing work. Is there anything else you see that can be switched out!
