I wanna try the {Relic Bind} + {Basalt Monolith} combo, put I feel like there's something missing. Cause I want to do this in EDH but I can't find a card to combo it with.

No. The bracers have to be put onto a creature. The basalt can use the 3 mana it generates to untap itself.
