I am writing a paragraph on this question:
Should there be term limits on Supreme Court justices? Explain your anwser.
I would like to know what you all think

Or is it a term of one life? What happens when a justice comes back as a zombie? Is it still a justice?

I think it should either max out at a certain age (such as 80), or the Justices should be encouraged to retire when they feel they can no longer complete their duties.

Like His Holiness Bendict XVI, retiring from his pope position, so that Pope Francis could lead the church.
