{Seeker of the Way}? solid, cheap in the mana and money departments.
{Sorin, Solem Visitor}? not cheap, but fantastic. If you do run him maybe {Hordling Outburst}.
{Ride Down}? It's basically a burn spell and removal all in one. Love this card.
{Goblin Rabblemaster}? Okay I hate this card, but it's a solid card if you're willing to blow money on it.
Otherwise sideboard some replacements for {Deflecting Palm} for when you're up against control. (I have four mainboarded in one of my decks and it can be a dead draw).
{blood soaked champion}!! This guy is constant fuel for butcher and can help put some good pressure in the early game as well.
I like 2 {Ride Down} 2 {Deflecting Palm} main deck personally with 2 palms in the sideboard for burn match ups.
