I wouldn't bother with {Nissa Revane} unless you were playing all/almost all elves, at the very least put in four {Nissa's Chosen}.
Probably should go down to only 3 {Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger} instead of five. I don't know about {Primeval Titan} in a deck like this. By the time you can cast him, without specialty lands he's just going to fetch more {Forest} and you don't have that many good mana outlets. Maybe {Untamed Might}, {Gelatinous Genesis}, or {Strength of the Tajuru}.
