I would cut down on the amount of spells and add creature density. {saytr wayfinder} will not only help you make land drops it also fills your yard. I do believe there are a couple of Sidisi whip decks roaming around on star city if you want to look at those lists for some help as well. I would definitely look into different targets as well. I personally would put in {hornet queen} and {night howler}. Queen will leave her tokens in play after being whipped back and night howler can be obsured with all the creatures going into the yard. I would cut the counters and walkers for some slots. You can put some in sideboard if you want
Also I would recommend whip of Erobos. Get some life and smack them for a turn lol
I don't see {Colossus of Akros} being a very good four of in this deck. Sure you can reanimate it, but then it's just a wall. I have a {Sidis, Brood Tyrant} standard deck and I found the optimal creature number to be about 22.
Things I'd suggest:
As mentioned, {Whip of Erebos}. This card has saved my bacon so many times.
{Sultai Ascendancy} even as a one of, it fuels your graveyard and filters draws.
{Restock} if you run one or two of these you can afford to cut other cards, like {Jace, the Living Guildpact} and {Lilliana Vess} down to one ofs as even if they get taken out, or milled, you can grab them back. It's truly great to have your graveyard act like an extension of your hand. Five mana can be steep, however. Look at it as a modified scry X draw two.
{Night Howler} It's my number one finisher. Such a fantastic card.
{Satyr Wayfinder} As previously mentioned, hit your land drops fuel your GY. Win win.
{Empty the Pits} I've cast it for x = 15. It can be an insanely good card in this style of deck.
{Murderous Cut} {B} for a kill spell? Sure it can take away from {Empty the Pits} and {Nighthowler}, but if you need to delve that much you need to delve that much. It's always possible to just delve away a few lands.
{Endless Obedience} I don't personally have any to run, but if I did I would.
{Fated Return} Now, I know this card is expensive in the mana department. But just look at it. I generally use it to grab a Sidisi so I can swing into anything, or to fetch a {Nighthowler} to close the game.
{Champion of Stray Souls} I run one. It allows you to sac out your {Elvish Mystics} and such when they're no longer of use to you. It's also instant speed so if somebody tries to blow up your stuff you can pay and sac it out from underneath.
YOU NEED 4x {Phyrexian Revoker} side boarded! {Tormod's Crypt} will slay the crap out of you if you're not prepared, and even so it's dangerous. {Annul} is another option but I really like the flexibility of {Phyrexian Revoker} (cause superfriends and shutting down {Jeskia Ascendancy} mana dorks)

{Nyx Weaver} Has been an interesting card so far. Not sure if I'm going to keep it in but being able to 'sac' it for graveyard retrieval is nice and I find my deck lacks flying defense.
