thoughtseize, duress, inquisition, despise, mind rot would be good in this deck. You want them discarding so that the rack and waste not can do some work.
I think Master could work with enough discard. Most cards would not be able to be played on your turn so you can get them to discard them fueling the waste not. It would take a lot of reworking to make it effective.

Don't play vess 5 manas too much. There's a card, I wanna say it's called {Necrogen Mists} that I've seen used as a budget lily in 8 rack.

If you played a couple of mountains in the main, you could main or side {Blood Moon} which would be interesting with the discard, because you can take what might actually get cast, and leave them with the greadier cards (such as {Cryptic Command}). Like against Pod, you screw their mana base with Moon, bolt their birds, and take anything they might be able to cast (like {Birthing Pod}).

How do you think this deck is doing nowadays? It seems like a great one! I'm surprised I haven't seen more similar to it!
A friend of mine runs it occasionally. It on or off, at FNM he sometimes wrecks shop and sometimes he doesn't. He took it to a PPTQ and lost every round unfortunately... It's just iffy to me
IMO if your going to splash any color splash blue it'll give you access to {Whispering Madness} which will get around leyline and allow you to fuel their hand to discard more and know your trying to get them top decking but the off chance you don't have rack or affliction it will fuel the caress
