Post those situations where you just get so mad that you feel like you could punch someone!!
I played a Green Suns Zenith for a Huntmaster, my freind is playing delver. He lets it resolve, then at the end of my turn he decides to counter it!!!
Bah! I 😡 cheating!
I hate it when my friends cheat when we play over the phone. And I don't just mean kiki ****ing with me. I was playing my G/B/U infect deck and had a couple {blightsteel colossus}es on the battlefield, and swung with both of them. He uses two tragic slips to destroy them. I eventually fetched them back with diabolic tutors, and got em back on the battlefield. When I swing, what does he do? Two more tragic slips. What are the chances that you draw a full playset of cards in the span of about six turns (I was using {quicksilver amulet})!? And I mean I know it could be legit, but he was also summoning the best cards in that deck one after another, turn after turn. I was just very skeptical because I couldn't see him and he got like, the perfect hand. Am I being to skeptical?
Replace phone with cockatrice should sort out a few of your problems. :)
And yeah I hate cheating too. Tho I do give major hints and pointers to new players. Especially in their first round, and even if they will beat me.
I lost to an infininte loop with karn restartin the game. We went to time on the first game
Countering {nicol bolas, planeswalker} with {dissipate} in an edh v. Two standard decks. It was the first time I was actually gonna use bolas too.. I did win though so it's all good

You know if your commander would be exiled, you can just put him back in the command zone, right? Now, {Hinder}ing a commander, that's just *EVIL*!

I don't play EDH but I thought a commander goes to command zone if it is forced to move to some other zone like the GY, exile, hand, or library????

Bah! I 😡 cheating!
It was really annoying!! I told him he couldn't do it, but he said he...DAMN!!! It was really sh*tty!!! Still pissed about it, I would have one had I gotten the green sun!!
Yeah, he can't wait until after a spell resolves to counter it. Especially at the end of your turn.

Remember that creature you casted 3 turns ago? Yeah, I'm countering it. Lol! Duh!
This does happen to us sometimes, but we play pretty casual and with 5+ players sometimes people aren't paying attention.
"Huh? What? ??? He's got an infinite combo?! If i knew that's what the card did, I'd {Terminate} it!"
I know!! But it was one of those situations (we were playing two headed giant) where he said (word for word) "I don't know if I want to counter that green suns zenith because his teammate might play - like - a Hellrider to end the game!!" (then at the end of the turn) "oh! I'm sorry, I wanted to counter that green suns zenith!!" (so he does, even after I had searched for a huntmaster and shuffled my library) and I say, "that is absolute bullsh*t!!" and he starts complaining "but you just played it and didn't give me a chance!! And besides, you do it too! When I play something that makes me shuffle, I start to search and shuffle, and then you counter it!!"
Me: well that's because you actually don't give me a chance! You actually really just start to search and shuffle! That's why that happens!!
My teammate: well our opponent is right, you do do that!
Me: but that's because-
My teammate: just let him counter it!!

Yeah it would but last time I checked a planeswalker couldn't be a commander... Lol
No PWs can't be generals!!

Nope. Just gy or exile.
903.11. If a commander would be put into its owner's graveyard from anywhere, that player may put it into the command zone instead.
903.12. If a commander would be put into the exile zone from anywhere, its owner may put it into the command zone instead.
