so what happens when we have a {celestial dawn} and an {Urborg Tomb of Yawgmoth} out
Lands you control will be both plains and swamps.

wait isnt this just like urborg + {blood moon}? doesnt {celestial dawn} win?
Dawn would win. As urborg would become a Plains with no abilities.

well {celestial dawn} only hits your lands, so lets say an opponent controls {urborg, tomb of yawgmoth}...
THEN all lands are both plains and swamps.

why is this different than the {blood moon} interaction?

Because the {blood moon} makes Urborg a mountain.

If you control the urborg, it isn't different. As {celestial dawn} states: YOUR lands are now plains. However, if your opponent controls Urborg, it isn't turned into a plains, as it isn't under your control. {Blood moon} affects the entirety of the board, and thus would alter Urborg regardless of who it is controlled by.
