A friend wants me to build a budget deck for him. Any Ideas and ordered as cheap as possible please
My lgs sells commons at 10 cts a piece, will get you a deck for €6,--. It is possible to get nice combo's with commons, but it really depends on what's for offer.
You could think mono green aggro with growth-instants.

Lots of cheap removal and possibly {Assault Strobe} Very glassy but fun.
