only 1 narset deck, and it looks like crap. Just a bunch of counterspells.
It's what you need to get narset to land and survive those board wipes :P
It's likely a 1v1 commander event, in which case the deck needs to be less explosive.
It's a French Commander deck list. Most of the tourney decks on there are for French-style
Yeah you're not thinking of Everyone, you're thinking of defense and offense on one person
Don't forget, Narset says you can cast until end of turn for free, so if you hit a Counterspell with her, it shuts your opponent out of casting any instants for the rest of your turn. So even hitting a Counterspell isn't a "miss," it's a defensive play. Obviously it's not optimal, but it's not a failure.
It's more of a Control list than a combo list. Narset is simply the most value and versatile of the four options to play Jeskai. It plays like a normal Jeskai control list and doesn't need Narset to win, since it's built around the colors and not the commander. You rely on your control and Planeswalkers to get the job done.

Then you're playing narset wrong... ;)
I actually agree here, but duel commanders weird so don't look off it for multiplayer info.
I mean maybe someone likes USA control?

Yeah, maybe they're never even casting {Narset, Enlightened Master}. They just want to be in those colors. It's not unusual...
Much better commander than {Zedruu the Greathearted}
Or maybe hes playing edh like its supposed to be. Playing casually and with a bunch of your favourite cards

Just because that's the version of EDH you prefer, doesn't mean it's the way 'it's supposed to be'
Also, this is French EDH, which is competitive.

Imo, if you enjoy the deck your playing, it doesn't matter what others think. That's what EDH is about to me, having fun with whatever your style is, and if someone enjoys playing counters, or stax, or combo, or overrun, or anything, I can't get upset with them as long as they're having fun!
