iMtG Server: Gathering

i cast {Show and Tell}

i put {Omniscience} and opponent puts {Clever Impersonator}

can he copy the omniscience? or it depends who puts a permanent first..

9/20/2014: If Clever Impersonator enters the battlefield at the same time as another permanent, it can't become a copy of that permanent. You may only choose a nonland permanent that's already on the battlefield.

This would work if the impersonators ability read "copy such and such WHEN it enters the battlefield".
