can {Chain of Vapors} be cast more than once? i mean if opponent sacrifices a land to use the ability to me.. can i use it again? thanks

Yup! When the spell gets copied, it copies all the text, including the part that says it can be copied.
Wow, that'd be an evil card with a "control target player" effect. Just return all his cards to his hand, sac all lands then send him to discard phase.
