RAMP! {skyshroud claim}, {explosive vegetation}, {farseek}, {kodoma's reach}, {mana reflection} {mirari's wake}, {nature's lore}, {cultivate}, {search for tomorrow}, {yavimaya elders} and {crop rotation} are all good options.

Maybe {Growning Ranks}? One token a turn in EDH may not matter as much as your other cards?

id cut the white tempt for the green tempt. i doubt anyone is gonna give you twice the counters but youll likely get 3x the land.

I've seen {Craterhoof Behemoth} be a finisher in token decks.
