The first time you can attack with it is still technically turn 1 as it is an extra turn before your opponent has their second turn. So if you can drop a mountain or a swamp then you can attack then case fling or Rite of consumption for the win. All before your opponents second turn, therefore still technically turn one.
Not that it matters. Anyone who has to sacrifice 6 permanents after one turn will most likely concede anyway.

{Channel}
{Emrakul, the Æons Torn}
{Concordant Crossroads}
Cast Lotus, crack for GGG (which is what you'll be saying to your opponent in a bit), cast Channel, pay 15 life to cast Emmy, use the remaining G to cast Concordant Crossroads to give her haste. Bam! You win. This even leaves you three other cards for Force of Will, blue card, and something else.
