You realize this is from the wrong standard, right?
If you're trying to build Standard, a big majority of this is no longer legal. This is pre-rotation control. Last years Standard.
Don't play standard.
If modern and competitive....then:
{celestial colonade} over {mutavault }
Shock and fetches over temples
{mana leak}, {remand}, {spell pierce}, {spell snare} are the counter spells you should use
I also think {aetherling}, that elspeth and that jace are a bit slow for competitive modern
