I always live on the low edge of the lands. That's why I was asking if you could cut it to 23. As far as adding another snappy maybe a {Cryptic Command} (Yea I know a really hard cast but one of maybe?) or a late game {Sphinx's Revelation} . I'm not the best because I don't play that competitive. Just kinda a question/suggestion.

This deck seems way too awkward as far as synergy and tempo go and has some bad choices in certain slots. {Dissipate} for example. Could use a {Celestial Collonade} or three. Idk if this is meaning to be competitive but it just doesn't seem to be quite there.

I have needed help as stated. This was not finished and polished just yet as I've only play tested once, and had some work to do. What other than the {Celestial Colonnade} would you suggest?

Honestly, I'd recommend looking up UWR Midrange and either building that or adapting it to UW.
