{Teferi's Puzzle Box} From alliances has a storm cauldron picture
Those artifact mismatches have been in place for a while now, through a couple of database versions. I first wrote about them on October 6.
Mine was about {Jade Monolith} matching to an image of {Ivory Cup}
Someone else wrote about a mismatch for {Millstone} and one of the replies was "Who the eff uses Millstones anyways"
In your case, it's a sequence of artifacts in Visions that is affected. {Teferi's Puzzle Box} is not from Alliances. The images for {Storm Cauldron} are placed correctly, this card debuted in Alliances. But all of its images have been titled as Teferi's Puzzle Box, which is from Visions.
If you had any of the affected cards in a binder before the disruption happened (like I did), you would see the images still correct but the title wrong.
I think it is 6th edition {The Hive} (rather, searching for such) that shows the images for Teferi's Puzzle Box, and I think the whole string of disruptions is connected to somewhere The Hive being realphabetized from H to T or from T to H, either in Alpha or 6th or both.
Should be fixed with rev 106?
Fingers crossed rev 106 will let me download card images again too ...?

I had the same issue last night, solved It by killing the app.
Just did that. Still can't download images. Sigh.
Are you on your own network? I have issues at work where the image server is blocked but can download them fine at home.
Either at home or work they won't download. Good idea and I was so hopeful!
