Way of copying is {Dual Casting}
With {Dual Casting} no. It doesn't say cast the spell while heroic says "whenever you cast a spell that targets".

it depends on if the copied is being cast or not. in this instance, its not being cast so it wont trigger heroic. if instead, you were using a card like {elite arcanist} you would in fact be casting the copy so you could trigger heroic.
