I think if I were to cut eidolon, I'd add more creatures. The problem with these 20/20/20 decks is that if you creatures, it won't be fun. No spells, won't be fun. No lands, won't be fun. You could say this about anything else, but it really applies with this deck. In something like Abzan midrange, if you don't draw creatures, your early removal will buy you time. No spells, beat with fatties.
Tl;Dr: maybe try {fabled hero} over eidolon
