Anyways lil update. Tn at a std event I played 4 rounds and std here is quite competitive (except for me lol I like jank way too much!!) anyways:
Rd. 1:
Played Ari Laxs list for Abzan ... The guy killed me game 1 with rocs. Game 2 .... I fucked him up so much lol I sided in a lot of removal and he couldn't outpace the removal eventually I top decked a chord of calling with 4 walls lol game 3 he T1 thoughtseizes takes my Ashiok T2 thoughtseizes takes my downfall .... I have a courser and lands in hand lol I somehow won lol idk how lol he was so pissed though lol
Rd. 2: played Ascendancy combo
Game 1 went off T4 ... Not much I could do. Game 2 I forced him to use helix on my turn just to save his follower ({Drown in sorrow}) and from then on I picked off his dudes until I drew Phenax. Game 3 I had good removal and Ashiok was so lucky lol I hit 2 Ascendancys and a helix off of my Ashiok lol so I won lol :P
I was 2-0 and loving life lol I was like how the .love. did I go 2-0 against very strong decks with very good pilots???!!!
Then I lost my last 2 rounds lol :( but a lot of fun!!
