I've got a Sliver EDH deck also, and the best card in it is {Prophet of Kruphix}. It's insanely good especially because you can untap, use {Sliver Overlord} and cast more slivers on everyone else's turns.

I play 4 in all my constructed decks so my brushwaggs can be quadruple-uncounterable.

No {Magma Sliver} a discredit to sliver lovers every where a must n may in stead of the tricolor come in tapped lands or in addition to them run lair lands you have to bounce a land but they don't come in tapped n that's a plus
