I'd say no, simply because you are running {Tarmogoyf} and {Treasure Cruise} and don't have a lot of instants/sorceries. Taylor and Delver want you to be running even more instants and sorceries than you already are running, so if you included Tiagos, you'd probably have to cut the Agents. This seems to be a strange intersection of UR Delver, RUG Delver and Shardless Sultai, have you tested it? How does it run?

I found that visions are suboptimal cards unless shard less hits them. Then they are awesome.

I feel that is why dig and treasure cruise won't replace visions in shardless bug

Hurting goyf is definitely bad. I guess play testing is needed here.
