4x {shard less agent}. (Goyfs 8-12 because he grabs them, hopefully)
4x {ancestral vision}
3 {wasteland}
3 {scalding tarn}
3 {green blue fetch}
3 {wooded foothills}
4 {green blue dual}
4 {taiga}
4 {volcanic island}

Considering
{ponder}
{daze}
{young pyromancer}
{gitaxian probe}  seems REALLY good...
{preordain}
{rift bolt}
{lava spike}

I am not sure you will get to use FoW the way you want with only 20 blue cards total.

I'd say no, simply because you are running {Tarmogoyf} and {Treasure Cruise} and don't have a lot of instants/sorceries. Taylor and Delver want you to be running even more instants and sorceries than you already are running, so if you included Tiagos, you'd probably have to cut the Agents. This seems to be a strange intersection of UR Delver, RUG Delver and Shardless Sultai, have you tested it? How does it run?

You're more likely to cast pyro triggers faster than single delves

I found that visions are suboptimal cards unless shard less hits them. Then they are awesome.

I feel that is why dig and treasure cruise won't replace visions in shardless bug

Hurting goyf is definitely bad. I guess play testing is needed here.
