lets say I cast {abzan guide} for its morph card, an while it is face down I either put a +1+1 counter or attach an enchantment on it. Does the counter or enchantment stick?
Yes; a when card morphs it does not leave the battlefield, so all counters and enchants should stay on it
Same with huntsmasters??
I believe so.

You mean {Huntmaster of the Fells}? Yeah, Innistrad flip cards work pretty much the same as morph in this case - they are the still the same card/entity and they didn't change zones, so things attached to them like counters, auras, or equipment will remain attached when they transform.

No glasses and to early in the morning... I read "Same with hamsters??"
Hamsters, the 1 true enemy of the nobellest of llamas and his army of bronze furries.
So is flipping a flip card like {boduka gardener} or {Village Irinsmith} a special action like morph?

So is flipping a flip card like {boduka gardener} or {Village Irinsmith} a special action like morph?
nope they are each just part of the resolution of the abilities. {boduka gardner} has an activated ability that uses the stack, and {village ironsmith} has a triggered ability that uses the stack. upon resolution they check again and if all conditions are met the card will flip.
