If Thalia was G/W planeswalker?
I don't think they'd make her a Creature & PW in sets that are subsequent

Never know, WOTC does some f-d up stuff sometimes.
Wizards said there were only 2 PW this set. Both PW have been spoiled already. Sorry to burst your bubble there.

You're not bursting any bubble. I'm not speculating, predicting, or {ponder}ing. Just fantasizing here. We are well aware that this will not happen.
Only two? Hmmm, I thought I heard three. Two makes more sense, since INN had two.

I heard three too, but who knows. If was on the design/dev team, I would have tried to make Thalia a planeswalker

Thalia becoming the new avecyn is the only thing i could see as a viable design choice but as a pw would stretch things a bit too far. I mean she has a duty to her people and bladibla. Wouldnt think of her as a planes wandering protector of the meek.
Isn't that what happened to Elspeth? I'm not totally familiar with backstories.

ORGASM!!!!!
AGREED!!!! I would have an MtGasm!! (😂😂😂 I'm so punny!!)
Ok. Forgive me for having a stupid moment here but besides being good against spells, is there some combo or something good I'm missing about Thalia? She's cheap and effective. But her effect also hinders you as well. So I'm just a little confuzzled.

We're talking about if she was a GW planeswalker!

I understand that. But this is not the first time I have heard that she is a good card as a creature. So I'm just being curious. Sorry if this is the wrong thread for that.

Oh, no its a fine thread to bring this up in, and my personal opinion on it, is that it's good because even if it dies immediately, your opponent has to pay one extra to do so and it holds them back the one turn you need to get ahead!!

Very true. Didn't think of it that way. My friends and I don't really play that competively. Honestly, it's a f****** coin toss who will win what game with us. The best deck doesn't always win with us. But I see her point for that reason. I could use her in my white wall control deck. That would be a real pisser for my friends. My deck already says "no".
She's just a solid addition to the white aggro meta, otherwise known as haunted humans, as fast as HH can be, and the fact that it really only utilizes creatures and cheap spells, mid-range control loses some advantage as far as counter magic and discard is concerned, notice I said "some" which can make a huge difference, and board sweepers like {slagstorm} or {day of judgement} become a more difficult decision, due to the increase in their cost. I play competitively, and every time I play Thalia, my opponent sighs, they are usually forced to make a decision which "spot" to now remove, the ever-bigger {champion of the parish}, {mirran crusader} or the control hindering {Thalia, guardian of thraben}
Yeah I didn't mean it as she was coming out I was just curious what people woulda thought as a g/w pw

I think it would be cool to see, can't really imagine what her abilities would be, maybe her ultimate would be a hindering emblem, like "you get an emblem: your opponents spells cost 2 more to cast"
That would be pretty sick! Maybe her minus ability would be a call one? Like " put a 2/2 human cathar token into play, remove this token from the game at the beginning o your next upkeep" I could imagine her plus ability being kind of weak, "gain 1 life" or "target permanent you control gets protection from a color of your choice until end of turn" that is actually a pretty big one. And that's what she said.
