What happens if I {Act of Treason} an opponents creature, and then sacrifice that creature to pay for the additional cost for {Rescue from the Underworld}? Do both creatures return to the battlefield under my control on my next upkeep (and stay there till destroyed), as it says on Rescue, or does the opponents creature go back to them?

Both will return under your control. Your opponent will not regain control of their creature as it is treated as an entirely new object different from the one that was act of treasoned.
awesome. thank you dude!
{act of treason} you opponents {meandering towershell} = free turtle when he comes back in play for you next turn

woohoo, free bad card. i kinda would rather let them keep the turtle and act of treason something else
Yeah that's a great card I didn't even knew existed!! I have a mardu deck that's kinda built around grabbing other people's creatures and sacrificing them. So this would be a great card to have.
