I don't see the point of the fetches.  You can argue filtering and shuffling the deck; but that doesn't matter for a couple of reasons.  Filtering shouldn't be necessary for this deck, and you have no way of scrying to know if you should shuffle or not.

The fetchlands are an unnecessary strain on your life total.

A week ago I'd argue with these 2 but after reading that link that somebody posted I have to agree so I'd cut the fetches. Also is Master of the Feasts good? I really hate that card with a passion.

I think Master of the Feast can be really good if you are running a lot of discard, Thoughtseize and Dispise.  Only problem is if they delve.

It's only really good if you have whip. Without whip, you shouldn't be playing master. With those open spaces, {grim haruspex} is good, and {mardu skullhunter} is good. {silence the believers} is too slow, {murderous cut} is better. Also just realized that you're only playing 2 pain seers. 2 more are needed. It forces your opponent to make bad blocks early in the game because people hate when their opponent gets card advantage. 4 {Mogis's marauders} are also needed because they give you the reach that you need to close out a game if the board is stalled.

Tl;dr- -4 master of the feast, -1 silence, +1 marauders, +2 pain seer, +1 mirderous cut, +1 {grim haruspex}/{mardu skull Hunter}. The last one is really a meta call.

This guy knows his stuff ^^ 100% agree!!

If you play {Murderous Cut} the fetchlands will have a purpose with delving rather than just being swamps that hurt.

The haruspex is super fun, I run 4. Though I probably like it more than I should and should only play 2-3.

I was in the same boat as you. I thought haruspex was suuuuper good and played four. Then three. Then two. That's where I am now, and I do like it.

Yeah, I'm down to 2 as well. I plan to do my last bit of testing tonight and order my version tomorrow, so I'll bump my finished list up for you later.

You could just post a mono black devotion in a new thread @ theravenseye

There is making suggestions and there is making an entire deck change suggestion.  I think most people find the later a bit inappropriate when they are asking for suggestions on their current deck.
