Title: Attacking with a god
Post by: Redrighthand on October 07, 2014, 05:03:49 PM
I am attacking with {Thassa, god of the sea} with enough devotion so she's a creature. If a friend kills a creature thus reducing my devotion below 5 what happens to Thassa? Does the attack go through? Or is Thassa returned to enchantment and no damage is delt?

Thassa becomes a noncreature enchantment and is removed from combat. No damage is dealt to or by thassa

Don't you know during a game of Magic you are never true friends? Afterwards you can revert to that. During the game you are opposing planes walkers bent to defeat each other. Just like there can be no friends in a game of checkers.
