For starters, having 12 come in to play tapped lands is going to push this deck from aggro to midrange automatically (for speed reasons) and with that being said, the creatures need to have a little more impact at that point. Also, if you have a double white that you need to play on turn 2, {phalanx leader} you need to have an untapped plains to play on turn two, which you only have 4 copies of.  I would try and bring it to 2 colors, either GW or BW this way you have easier access to untapped lands and you can also still play scry lands, just on turns 3/4.
