If you cast an enchantment creature for it's bestow cost, it enters the battlefield as an enchantment-aura. It satisfies the prowess trigger of being a noncreature spell.

So yes.

Hmmmm.....what if you cast {Purphoros God of the forge} and it does not have enough devotion to be a creature.  Does that satisfy prowess as well?

I am guessing it will not since the spell still is a creature type spell while on the stack.

right devotion only matters on the field. on the stack hes always a legendary enchantment creature spell.
