I like {Brute Force} here too. 💪

No {Fling}? ??? That was a cornerstone of the deck.

Put out 2 grapeshot for 2 or 3 flings? I wa thinking in soul fire for use with infect or other like fling.

If you can get away with the one higher CMC, {Soul's Fire} is better because it will trigger {Kiln Fiend} once more before it resolves and you don't lose the creature.

Downside is, if your creature gets {Doom Blade}d before the fire resolves you get nothing, where they can't stop {Fling} because the creature has already been... flung.

UPDATE:
I was thinking in what u told me and it's relly, this deck don't have control and is based on 8 creatures, then if {rite of Consuption} and {Soul's Fire} are sorcerys Ive a problem, do I get out some rites and I add 4 {Fling}, because how u said it's an instant and can safe for the control
Again sorry my English 😝
