I'd just have your infect creatures be:
{blighted agent}
{glistener elves}
{necropede}
And maybe the flying one (don't remember the name).

Also {groundswell}. {noble heirarch} if you can afford it.

{Necropede} doesn't seem that good unless you have proliferate cards
Don't have enough money for the hierarch, But I will definitely add {groundswell}.

You only want 8-12 infect creatures + 4 {ink moth nexus} also you don't want to be playing birds of paradise. You only play hierarch because of his exalted and the 5 mana infect guy is too slow you need more pump and protection.

I've heard  {Become Immense} being mentioned as a possible card for infect.

My guess is no because by the time you have enough cards in your graveyard to use it you already lost.

You don't want any lands that enter tapped, like, at all.
