Title: Heroic+hardenscales
Post by: redwolv on September 24, 2014, 03:38:11 PM
So how does this work. Say i have {Fabled Hero} with no counters on it, and one copy of  {Hardened Scales} on the field. Then cast  {Solidarity of Heroes} targeting fabled hero. How many counters does he end up with? I think it would be 5. Targeting him causes heroic to add one +1/+1 counter, which tiggers scales to add another counter. This puts him at 2 counter when SoH resolves which double it to 4. The two new counters cause sacles to tigger again so he ends with 5. Am i right?

Absolutely! Seems like a fun interaction.

Oh man and on turn four if i had two copies. I could swing for the 4 on him and if they don't block. Cast both copies. Making him suddenly raise from a 2/2 double strike to a 17/17 double strike. I think i found my new deck.
