Is there a card that is an artifact equipment that when equipped, can make the equipped creature, a copy of another creature?

None of those do what he's asking for. There is no equipment that does that.

I gave closest suggestions. It's much better than just saying "Nope. Nothing JUST like what you asked for." I've found that being helpful is... well, helpful...
