The only thing is that other than bidet nothing has 2+{U} :( I hope it works but it seems hard to turn on Thassa and hard to get a good MoW

I've been testing it out and thassa is hard to turn on but master of waves is never bad especially with the paragon cause then the tokens don't die. I might go down a thassa cause she's really good still but it's more for the Scry and unblockable than anything. Also drawing multiples is more awful than ever.

{Dictate of kruphix} for some cheap card advantage
{Encrust} instead of singing bell strike
{Prognostic sphinx} MB
{Scion of glaciers}?
{Clever impersonator} to copy master of waves and enemy permanents

-I don't like dictate cause it just gives my opponent to much advantage. As inconsistant as this deck is I don't need to be helping my opponent.
-I need to test encrust versus bell but right now I like bell cause it cost 2 which helps me play it alongside something else.
-Prognostic I think is just too high costed for a low cost tempo deck. It's good against control but not much else. I will test it though.
-No, it conflicts with master and paragon at 4.
-I don't like it cause when you copy opponents stuff it's no longer 2uu it's whatever you copy. I will try it but it still conflicts with master paragon.

Great suggestions but much of this I've already thought of or tried. I'm still testing though so they my eventually end up in. I'm also thinking about splashing a color but I don't know what yet.

I think instead of the elder and lynx I'd run sigiled starfish and chasm skulker

I don't like the starfish because it's none aggressive and is just a bad thassa. From what I've tested with  {Chasm Skulker} He seems really slow for this deck. He may be a good sideboard option but I haven't liked him main so far. He usually comes out and gets killed right away or he comes out and does nothing for 2 turns and then I would have won already or lost cause I had a 3 drop that did nothing for 2 turns.
