Actually I just had all the mono blue stuff from last format and didn't want it to go to waste so I made this. Suggestions are always welcome. |

{Dictate of kruphix} for some cheap card advantage
{Encrust} instead of singing bell strike
{Prognostic sphinx} MB
{Scion of glaciers}?
{Clever impersonator} to copy master of waves and enemy permanents

From what I've tested with {Chasm Skulker} He seems really slow for this deck. He may be a good sideboard option but I haven't liked him main so far. He usually comes out and gets killed right away or he comes out and does nothing for 2 turns and then I would have won already or lost cause I had a 3 drop that did nothing for 2 turns.
I think instead of the elder and lynx I'd run sigiled starfish and chasm skulker
