Notes:
This has been a casual deck, that has run smoothly with mana flow. I am looking to make it Standard legal (in other words, cut it down to 60 and a sideboard) but I have no idea what to take out
... can someone help decide what to cut and what goes in the sideboard?!
I don't have extra money at the moment to net deck just yet, but suggestions for additions as well will definitely to taken on board!

This is an interesting deck.
First, cut the Welder Myr and Etched Monstorsity. You might want to cut some Myr Superions too.

As soon as I'm off my iPhone then we can get to business.

Still struggling with minimizing this deck... 😁
So far, I'm thinking {Etched Monstrosity}, {Myr Welder}, {Karn Linerated}, {Manalith}  and maybe {Shimmer Myrs} are out... but thats only minus 6! *sigh*

I think cut 1 or 2 whipflares and maybe one war report.

I'm sure you are aware of this, Spikepit, but to avoid confusing new readers a Standard deck must have a minimum of 60 cards. There is no maximum. Im sure you want to bring it down to the min, but there is nothing illegal about a 65-80 card deck.

Well, technically there's no maximum, but you must be able to shuffle your deck without help ;)

Id take out all the red, plus the shrine, plus alloy for a beginning

Absolutely correct!  But really, what does that mean?  I could shuffle 500 cards together if you give me enough time.  :P

One of my friends had a deck that filled up a 800 count card holder.  Man, it was like a Blackjack shoe.  LOL

But u cant use machines or anything except your both hands to do it, so i dont think u could shuffle 500 cards

Sure you can. You divide it into subsections, shuffle those, you can deal them randomly into piles on the table. There are ways.

This way the table is helping you. Really, shuffle only with hands

It's actually a tournament rule, not a CR rule.

Yeah, I just find it better to play competitive with 60, however, the amount of mill that's in Standard means it might be safer to have a bigger deck? lol

I do actually agree with the getting rid of Red... except for {Urabask}, I need his 'all creatures you control have haste' ability for the mass production of Myr through {Mirrorworks}.

But you are right, I will probably get rid of {Alloy Myr} since {Etched Monstrosity} is removed and the majority of Red ... 😭(I get too attached to good home brew decks).

I have often questioned the need to go to the absolute minimum. I mean if I add one card to go from one-of to two-of then my odds go from 1/60 (or ~1.7%) to 2/61 (or ~3.2%). I've double my odds of drawing that card, while the odds of the rest of my cards went from say 4/60 (6.7%) to 4/61 (6.5%). That's 0.2% difference. Pretty minor, IMO.
Basically, I'd say keep the card count low, but if your deck wants 63 cards, do it. Don't be a slave to the routine.
