When {Silent Sentinel} attacks do u bring back an enchantment before blockers are declared? Or after the battlephase?
when {silent sentinel} is declared as an attacker, his ability will trigger. it will resolve before blocks.
Would this be an example of a time where you're able to attach an aura to a creature with hexproof or protection?

Hexproof yes, I believe so.
Protection, idk. If you could, it would still fall off anyways.

Protection says no target
Aura (according to the rules) state that during the enchanting process they target
114.1b (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=114.1b): Aura spells are always targeted. These are the only permanent spells with targets. An Aura's target is specified by its enchant keyword ability (see rule 702.5, "Enchant"). The target(s) are chosen as the spell is cast; see rule 601.2c. An Aura permanent doesn't target anything; only the spell is targeted. (An activated or triggered ability of an Aura permanent can also be targeted.)
but note, this is for auras as a spell. when {zur the enchanter}'s trigger goes off, the aura he choose doesnt target so hexproof/shroud is irrelavant. pro would still prevent enchanting with though.
7/15/2006 If you use Zur the Enchanter's triggered ability to search for an Aura, it will be put onto the battlefield attached to an appropriate permanent. It doesn't target that permanent. If no appropriate permanent exists for it to be attached to, that Aura can't be put onto the battlefield and stays in your library.
Since you're not targeting (due to not casting the aura) when {Silent Sentinel} returns an aura to the field, you would be able to attach it to a creature with shroud or an opponent's hexproof.
You still can't attach it to a creature with protection, since protection specifically denies enchanting of the protected creature (you would need special wording such as {Spectra Ward} to prevent auras from being kept off)
Edit: particle beat me to it :P
